Application Guidelines

Please complete the following form to apply as a first time participant in the fourth year of the Make It at the Library project.

Please read ALL sections carefully before submitting your application to ensure that you are able to meet all of the requirements.

Your library will be required to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Commission if your library is selected to participate in the project. The training dates are February 24-26, 2016 and May 4-6, 2016. Identified staff must be available to attend all days of training to be eligible.

The number of libraries chosen to participate will be dependent on funding available.

Please refer to the Scoring Rubric for detailed information on how your application will be scored. (Total of 100 points possible.)
