The Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is studying our three different transportation programs. You are getting this survey because you are eligible for transportation services through one or more of the following DHHS programs:
The MaineCare Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) program
The MaineCare Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) program
The Office of Behavioral Health’s (OBH) grant-funded /waiver Transportation program (formerly the Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services)
The Office of Child and Family Services’ (OCFS) Child Welfare Transportation program
This survey will tell us how these programs are meeting your needs, how they are not meeting your needs, and what we can do to improve your access to care. We encourage you to fill out this survey even if you don’t use any of the DHHS transportation programs right now.
