Nominations for the Magnet Employer Branding Awards Finland

Let’s celebrate the most outstanding and successful employer branding initiatives in Finland from 2026.

Application steps
1. Select the award category
You can apply to all categories. Select the categories in which you want to submit your work in. Review the categories on https://magnetawards.fi
2. Fill in the project specifics in the form
3. Download and read the "How to make an entry" - guide from the Nomination page on the website https://magnetawards.fi/nominate/
4. Create and submit entry presentation.
Submit the project presentation (max. 12 slides excluding the cover slide - no additional slides will be considered in judging).
The entries MUST include:
(a) The challenge - a description of the initial situation. Why was the project started, what problem was solved?
(b) Objectives and metrics used
(c) Specific activities
(d) Results and impact
(e) 1 slider for Social Media purposes and shortlisted entries (see slides 20-22). Entry slide limit is maximum 12 pages.
(f) Additional materials. Embed the supportive visual or data materials into your presentation deck
Please note
If you would like to apply for multiple categories ensure that you create a separate application for each category. You cannot nominate the same work with the same wording in different categories. It's necessary to provide a category-specific description.

3. Submit the project presentation (max. 12 slides excluding the cover slide - no additional slides will be considered in judging) as an attachment or via link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer).

If possible please show the achievements based on: measurable EB data points, the return on investment.
If possible please provide both quantitative and qualitative results - the more specific the better.
