Employer Brand Professional

We are looking for employer brand professionals who do this as their primary focus area. They have extensive knowledge in EB, and a proven track record of developing the brand strategy, managing the entire employer branding palette of initiatives, and acting as a thought leader in the industry.

Nominations for EB Professional of the Year can be from people working inhouse or working in an agency.

A TA/marketing professional can also be nominated, who has a significant amount of their role dedicated to doing employer branding - 50% or more.
