The Macks Creek R-V School District is excited to welcome students back to campus when we begin school on August 24th. We are in the process of fine-tuning our reopening plans which we will share closer to the start of school.  Our goal is to host students in as traditional a setting as possible utilizing various proven common sense strategies to ensure everyone’s safety this school year.  We recognize the best place for teaching and learning to occur is right here on our campus and we believe with everyone’s cooperation we can safely meet every student’s needs.

We continue to  receive guidance from the federal government, state government, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, and the Camden County Health Department. However, in order to develop the best plan possible, we need to hear from you regarding the start of school at Macks Creek R-V.   Our goal is to utilize the aforementioned sources along with input from our community, students, parents/guardians and staff to develop Macks Creek's plan to provide a safe and informed start to the 2020-21 school year.  Thank you for your input! Please respond by July 14, 2020.

Question Title

* 10. Do/does your child/ren wear face masks on a regular basis?

Question Title

* 11. At this juncture, our district recommends students have access to a mask to utilize as needed at school. For example, the district strongly recommends students who ride the bus wear masks. Students will not be expected to wear masks within their classrooms, but may be asked to wear them if their teacher anticipates a transition during the day where students may encounter other students outside their group. Any student wishing to wear a mask at all times may certainly do so. Will you support the district’s plan to recommend students wear masks but not make it a requirement?

Question Title

Question Title

Please note, the building is locked until 7:00 am.

Question Title

* 14. I understand if my child goes on a field trip or any extracurricular activities, the district will provide safety precautions for riding the bus but I know they cannot provide complete social distancing.

Question Title

* 15. When students are back in school, how would you expect us to serve lunch & breakfast?

Question Title

* 16. I understand I have my rights to believe as I do but I will support the school in enforcing what is recommended by Camden County Health Department and the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education for my child/ren safety and for the safety of others.
