Welcome to the Mackenzie County Library Satisfaction and Needs Survey.
Did you know that in 2023 over 41% of the Mackenzie County's total population was an active Library Patron! This statistic is remarkable!
Whether you are a current patron or not, we would love to hear from you, to help improve the way we provide services. If you aren't a library member, we are anxious to find out why!
This survey will probably take on average about 10 minutes to complete and for each survey that is completed your home library will receive $2.... so your time is fundraising for your Library!! If you fill out your contact details you will be entered to win some great Thank You Prizes!
If you are a member of more than one of our libraries or would like to share your comments about more than one library you can fill out another survey based on your experiences or thoughts. (If you do this, you will only be entered once for the prize draws)
We asked similar questions five years ago and will use these results to measure our improvement, and identify areas that need our attention. We are engaging with you to help us with our 2026-2031 Plan of Service that will help shape library services moving into the future!
