As you may have heard the diabetes nurse clinics at Te Korowai Hauora ō Hauraki are coming to an end this month due to a funding shortage.

If you have had a phone / face to face appointment with Solita the diabetes nurse at Te Korowai Hauora ō Hauraki in the past few months we would appreciate your feedback. This feedback may be used to help get more funding for future clinics in the Thames/Hauraki region.

Appointments cost $169 and there are payment plans available. Otherwise you can continue to see your GP and nursing team at Te Korowai for your diabetes care.
