1. Quick Survey for ALL users of Sorrento Community Centre - whether you have children or not!

This survey needs to be completed by FRIDAY 8th April

The Sorrento Community Centre wants to make sure it is meeting the needs of local children and their families - particularly for childcare and kindergarten. We invite all interested past, present and potential Community Centre users to complete this brief survey - it will take 2 minutes to complete for families with no children aged 0-12 (6 questions); and 4 minutes to complete for families with children aged 0-12 / those planning to start a family (11 questions).

Your views are vital in designing future model options and are most valued. You do not need to provide your name or address unless you wish to. It would be greatly appreciated if you could complete and return this survey by Friday April 8. Thank you for completing the survey!
