Hyde Park Holiday Market Vendor Application 2023

The holiday season is here and we are excited to announce the return of the 2023 Hyde Park Farmers Market (HPFM) for a special 1-day per month indoor Holiday Market on Saturday November 11, 2023 and Saturday December 09, 2023! The HPFM Holiday Market is co-produced by Special Service Area (SSA) #61 aka Downtown Hyde Park Chicago and the South East Chicago Commission (SECC).

Our goal for the Holiday Market is to provide a curated experience that is truly a value add to the community, all while connecting shoppers to their favorite HPFM Vendors! All food items must be prepared and prepackaged.

**PLEASE NOTE: Your complete application does not guarantee acceptance into the Holiday Market.Upon acceptance to the Market, you will receive a formal email and payment link to secure your space.

The 2023 Holiday Market Application is only available online and is located here.

Here are the details regarding the Holiday Market:

- When: Saturday November 11th, 2023 and Saturday December 09, 2023
- Time: 9:00am to 2:00pm (All vendors must be set up by 8:45am. We will begin set up 8:00am set up and allow until 3:00pm for breakdown)
- Where: The Promontory 5311 S. Lake Park Ave.
- Cost: $75

We will have access to ten (10) 6-foot tables and can be reserved upon payment. Tables are first come, first serve. Chairs will be provided. Vendors will have access to a service elevator. If bringing your own table, we will allow set up beginning at 7:30am.
