At the Atlanta Department of Labor & Employment Services (ADOLES), we’re listening. Created in 2023, ADOLES unites the City’s workforce programs under one department to better serve Atlanta residents. For those who received services before ADOLES was established, you’re probably more familiar with WorkSource Atlanta. Rest assured, WorkSource Atlanta hasn’t changed. The same programs, services, and staff remain. It’s now simply housed within ADOLES for stronger coordination and alignment with the City’s workforce goals. We connect residents to job training, career services, youth programs, and re-entry support, serving job seekers, youth, veterans, and individuals facing barriers to employment.
