Testing Center Appointments

Please complete this form so that we can schedule a proctor for your make-up test.
  • This account is monitored Mondays through Fridays from 10 am to 4 pm so requests received during evenings, weekends, and holiday closings will NOT be processed until the next business day. Because proctors are scheduled only when make-up tests are requested, we need at least 2 business days (Mondays - Fridays) prior notice.
  • If we do not have the requested test on file, we will contact your professor to see if they approve you taking a make-up test. We will contact you if we receive a test for you.
  • Confirmation of your test appointment will be sent to you using your RACC email and your personal email, but NOT through CANVAS.
