Denver Restaurant Industry Outreach Survey

Denver’s restaurants are central to the city’s culture, economy and community. The Restaurant Liaison team invites you to share your experiences and insights to help guide city outreach, strengthen collaboration with local agencies and reduce barriers for restaurant operations.

This survey is designed for one restaurant location by owners or operators within the City and County of Denver. If you operate multiple locations, you may complete it again for each one. This survey will cover the following topics:
  • Privacy and confidentiality
  • Your role
  • Personal information
  • General restaurant information
  • Restaurant group information
  • Additional feedback (Industry, Workforce, City Services and Other)
