Eligibility
Sweepstakes is open solely to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are: (a) 18 years of age or older, (b) are video magnifier users (any brand or type including wearables), magnifier dealers, vision therapist/specialists or educators that work with students that use video magnifiers and have received an invitation to participate (e.g. social media, email, etc) in the survey associated with the Sweepstakes (“Entrants”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Freedom Scientific, Inc. 17757 US Hwy 19N, Ste. 560 Clearwater, Florida 33764 (“Sponsor”). Employees, officers, directors, or agents of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s partners, related companies, agencies, or agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, children, and grandparents) and same household members of any such employee, officer, director, or agent, are not eligible to participate. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at Sept 1st and ends at February 15th (at the latest) depending on if we meet our quota early we may close the survey early (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter
To enter, eligible Entrants must be invited by Sponsor (or its designee) to participate in a survey associated with the Sweepstakes, follow the link to the survey website and complete the survey online during the Sweepstakes Period. Once this has happened, Entrants will automatically receive the Coupon (as defined below) and will be entered into the Sweepstakes and an Entrant. Registration is free and is subject to Sponsor’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy found at https://support.freedomscientific.com/privacy-policy/enu/ and Conditions of Use found at https://www.freedomscientific.com/Terms-and-conditions/.

Alternate Method of Entry
In the alternative, if you do not wish to enter the Sweepstakes by completing the survey as described above, you may enter the Sweepstakes by providing your contact information to: jpersinger@vispero.com. For purposes of clarity, you will not be eligible for the Coupon by entering as set forth in the paragraph, but only the Sweepstakes drawing.

Odds
Odds of winning a prize through the Sweepstakes depend on the number of eligible entries.

Prizes; Selecting and Notifying Prize Winners
All Entrants will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card. The drawing will occur at end of the sweepstakes period. The Selected Entrant will be notified by email and announced on social media with their permission (to remain anonymous the first name and city are announced only). (“Notification”). The selected Entrant will need to respond to the Notification email within 48 hrs. The failure to timely respond may result in forfeiture of a prize and in such case an alternate winner will be chosen by Sponsor.

Publicity
Subject to applicable law, entrance in the Sweepstakes constitutes the Entrant’s consent to Sponsor and its affiliates to use his or her name, voice, likeness, opinions, a

Sponsor will be collecting, storing, and exploiting personal data about Entrants to administer the Sweepstakes and exercise its rights hereunder, including without limitation, those relating to marketing and publicity. By entering into any of Sponsor’s Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information. Sponsor will not disclose any of Entrant’s personal information to any non-affiliated third party. Release
Subject to applicable law, by entering into the Sweepstakes and potentially receiving a Prize, each Entrant and winner agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Promoter, along with Promoter’s employees, officers, directors, affiliates, partners, agents and assigns, from and against any claim, cause of action, demand, or proceeding (each, a “Claim”), and any resultant loss, injury (including death), cost, expense, fee, fine, penalty, or other loss or expense of any kind, including attorneys’ fees (each, a “Loss”), relating to or arising directly or indirectly out of his or her participation in a Sweepstakes(or related activity such as a press release), and/or Promoter’s right to exploit Entrant’s name and/or likeness or fully exploit any other right granted to it hereunder, and/or from Entrant’s receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize, no matter how such Claim or Loss arises (including without limitation, if arising out of any damage to a Entrant’s computer system from downloading or using material from Promoter’s (or an affiliate of Promoter’s) website).
