02907 HEZ Giveback Survey

At the beginning of 2020, the 02907 HEZ engaged the community in focus groups, surveys, and interactive SpeakOuts to understand what a healthy community looks like to residents, and how we could invest in our neighborhoods to make it a place where all are healthy and thriving. Based on the assessment process, we identified 7 potential areas of focus: housing, food systems, environmental conditions, education, mental/behavioral health, incarceration, and social cohesion/civic engagement.
