2023 Summer Recess Congressional Visit Form

Report on your in-person congressional visit by the September 15 deadline to be eligible to receive a complimentary full provider member registration to the 2023 LeadingAge Annual Meeting in Chicago. The comp covers only the cost of registration; travel, accommodations, and other expenses are not included. Any staff or board member of the organization may use the comp for a new registration. One organization will be selected and informed no later than September 20, 2023.
