Thank you for registering yourself or your child in the Learn to Skate Program with the Lakeview Community Association. We hope you had a positive experience.

If you could please take a few minutes to fill out this quick survey about your/your child's experience in the program, it would be greatly appreciated. We will use your feedback in improving and planning for future Learn to Skate Programs. If you or your child were in both a Wednesday and a Saturday class, please fill out one survey for Wednesday and another survey for Saturday.
