LIT REFERENCE FORM 2026

You have been invited to complete a reference form for an applicant to our LIT program. An LIT is a leader in training. The emphasis of this program is ministry, teamwork, leadership, and development. It is our desire to invite an LIT team that is trustworthy and capable of caring for and disciplining our campers.

Please evaluate the applicant as you have seen him/her in daily life, at work, or in a church setting. Your reference will be kept confidential.
