The Ministry Staff at JFC is evaluating where our families currently are in response to COVID-19 concerns and JFC's "comeback" to ministry programming.  We want to hear from you on your family's comfort levels, plans, and thoughts about returning to our church community in person.  Your answers will help us appropriately plan and shape our efforts at meeting families where we need to.  Whether you are a parent, guardian, or grand-parent: if you bring a teen or child to JFC we would like your input.  Thank you for taking a couple of minutes to help us out.
