We’re so excited to hear how you’re planning to get involved in Malnutrition Week ANZ 2026!
Complete this quick form to go in the running to receive a resource pack and/or a visit from a Dietitian Connection team member during the week, 14–18 September.
Our team members are based across Australia, and we want to visit as many sites as we can during the week, meeting the teams behind them in person. We also have resource packs ready to send out to sites across the country. Our team will be in touch with all selected sites.
