Thanks for your interest in participating in our interviews!
We want to better understand how our customers are ordering their masks and how this process can be improved. To this end, we are providing this survey to find customers to interview. Participants who are selected for and complete the interview will receive a free face mask with shipping included!
If you are selected for an interview, they will take place on Zoom between Monday, May 17th, 2021 and Saturday, May 22nd, 2021.
Not all survey respondents will be chosen. An email confirmation will be sent to all selected participants for a remote interview. All responses will be kept confidential.
