Carrick Hill Stakeholder Survey |
Carrick Hill holds a special place in the hearts of many and in the cultural and heritage life of South Australia. For decades, this remarkable property has been shaped and sustained by a wide and dedicated community: staff, volunteers, Foundation & Trust Board members, the Friends of Carrick Hill, donors, visitors, committee members and supporters. Each person contributes something meaningful to the life of this place, and to preserving the distinctive character that makes Carrick Hill so treasured.
We write to you at an important moment. Carrick Hill is entering a new chapter, one that carries both the weight of its rich history and the opportunity to define what the next era looks like. As incoming Chair and Director, we are committed to a leadership approach that is open, consultative and deeply connected to the people who know and love this place.
That is why your voice matters so much right now.
We are in the early stages of developing a new Strategic Plan for Carrick Hill. A framework that will guide our decisions, our programs, our partnerships and our priorities in the years ahead. Before we put pen to paper, we want to hear from you. You bring perspectives, memories and insights that no board paper or business case can replicate. Your connection to Carrick Hill, whether long-standing or more recent is exactly the kind of foundation a meaningful strategy should be built on.
This short survey asks you to reflect on what Carrick Hill means to you personally, how you feel it is presenting today, and what you would like to see it become. There are no right or wrong answers only honest ones, and those are what we are genuinely seeking.
Thank you sincerely for taking a few minutes to share your thoughts. Your input will be read, considered and reflected in the work ahead.
