2.Closing the Gap: How Digital Communication and Sustainable Practices Influence Gen Z's Intention
Thank you for considering participation in this research study. This project forms part of an MBA dissertation at the University of Cumbria and aims to understand how Generation Z travelers make hotel booking decisions, particularly in relation to sustainability practices, digital communication, perceived value, and trust.
You are invited to participate because you are between 18 and 27 years old and have experience booking, staying in, or considering booking a hotel for leisure travel. Your perspective is important in understanding how younger travelers evaluate destinations and hotel brands, including the Cayman Islands as a focal market.
The survey will take approximately 10–12 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time before submitting your responses by closing the survey window. After submission, you may withdraw your data within two weeks by contacting the researcher using the details provided below. After this period, and once analysis has begun, it may not be possible to remove individual responses.
The survey is anonymous and does not collect identifying personal information. All data will be treated confidentially and used solely for academic research purposes, in accordance with University of Cumbria ethical guidelines.
If you agree to participate, please proceed to the consent confirmation section below.
