This form is required to obtain administrative approval to begin preparation of a proposal from all outside sources on behalf of NWIC. Please complete this form if you have identified outside funding that meets College priorities.  Once you have completed this form, send an email to sponsoredprograms@nwic.edu to notify it has been submitted.  Thank you!
