The Future of the Profession Award 2019

The Future of the Profession is an award designed to engage the next generation of leaders in executive search and leadership consulting. It honors innovation and leadership, and applies to professionals earlier in their career than the Heidrick and Raynolds Awards, which are seen as capstone awards. Nominees should have at least seven years in the profession. The announcement and presentation of the award will be made at one of AESC’s Global Conferences. Please submit the names and backgrounds of candidates for consideration by completing the following questions. Nominations for an AESC Award at our 2019 Global Conference in New York City are due by January 11, 2019.
