1. Springfield College 2014 Fit Fest Exhibitor Reply Form

Fit Fest 2014 will take place on Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Please complete and submit this form by Friday, February 7. Please keep in mind that proposals will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis space permitting.

If you, your department, or a class or group can commit to exhibiting, you or those appointed to the exhibit are expected to be present during the entire event from 10 a.m. (for set-up) to 2 p.m. (keep in mind, you can coordinate shift changes). The site for this year’s Fit Fest is the Field House of the Wellness and Recreation Complex. (T-shirts will be distributed to registered exhibitors at exhibitor check-in during Fit Fest.)

You will receive a confirmation email with complete event details by early February. Thank you for your willingness to participate!

Note: We will we not accept requests for exhibits that promote products for personal or company profit. The exhibits should focus on health/wellness promotion and education. If you have questions about this policy, please contact Mary Kate McMahon at mmcmahon@springfieldcollege.edu.
