* 7. Santa has asked all elves to follow national guidelines for social distancing during the surprise visits. Please type "yes" acknowledging that you and your family understand, you will adhere to this during your visit, and that you release Type Zero Foundation Inc. from any claims and demands that may occur during participation in the Dia-Elf Project held between December 13th - December 20th, 2020. You also agree to release Type Zero Foundation Inc. and will hold them harmless from any liability which may arise from incidents or accidents involving your child/children, yourself, and other household members during the visit.
