February 2026 ATIXA Mentor Match: Mentor Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to Mentor Match, ATIXA's Mentoring Program.

Please fill out the application below to be considered as a mentor for the program. In the role of mentor, you are selecting to advise a mentee who wishes to work on professional goals within their Title IX or Title VI profession.

Mentor Match is not intended to be used for consulting services for mentees. Mentors are paired with mentees to assist in developing professional skills, obtaining resources, and support within their Title IX or Title IV role. For consulting services, please click here to be directed to ATIXA’s parent organization, TNG.
This application aids in pairing mentors and mentees. Please take your time and respond to the open-ended questions with as much detail as possible.
Applications will be accepted until February 28, 2026. Program selections will be made by March 16, 2026.
Program selections are based on matches available. If you are not selected for the program this round, we encourage you to apply for the next round in August 2026.
Please note: Since Mentor Match is for members only, those who are selected must agree to keep their membership in good standing with ATIXA until the end of the program.
