2026 International Event Participation Request Form

By filling out this form, you are requesting to participate in an international event under one of the following circumstances:

1). A closed registration international event independent of a USAA team contingent.

2). An open registration event that has a team division and you wish to be eligible for the team rounds

3). Are a para athlete that is wishing to obtain an International Para Classification at the event.

PLEASE NOTE: All athletes (over the age of 18 years old), coaches, arrow agents, Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) and guests MUST have a current U.S. Center for SafeSport Training, USA Archery Background Screening, and a current USA Archery eligible Membership type BEFORE USA Archery will request a credential on your behalf. These requirements must be current through the date of the event you plan to attend.
