Certified Professional Performing Artist™ (CPPA™) Application Survey

This is the application for the Certified Professional Performing Artist™ (CPPA™) program. Your application will be reviewed for compliance with eligibility criteria. After you apply, you can expect email communication from the Certification Team at Muse X™ within ten (10) business days.

If you are found to be eligible, you will receive an Authorization to Test (ATT) Notice with a Candidate ID# and instructions on how to schedule your exam appointment--either through live remote proctoring using your own computer, or at one of our brick-and-mortar exam centres around the world.

Once you have been sent your ATT Notice, you will have one year to take the CPPA™ exam. This expiration date will be listed in your email.
