The Mohawk Trail Regional School District is in the process of creating its first strategic plan. Much like a business plan for a private company, a school district strategic plan creates, implements, and acts on a set of common goals and objectives. In creating this plan, community input is paramount. As such, the school district has contracted with TMS, an education consulting company that specializes in this work.
