3.35y/o with small bowel Crohns, presents chronic abdominal distension, borborygmi, 1 semi loose BM/day. Lost 12 lbs in last 6 months, eating mainly small amount of soft food. albumin 3.2. CTE : 7cm stricture of distal ileum with 33mm proximal dilation. Plan is to proceed w surgical resection of stricture. What do you recommend for nutrition until his surgery date?(Required.)
