Help improve the RingCentral website!
We’re working on some new web designs for our product pages and would love to get your take on the designs. If you’re game to participate, we’d love to get your feedback. Please register to be part of our website advisory team and help out during web usability studies.
What will I be doing in a usability study? If selected to participate, you will be asked to do several short tasks on the www.ringcentral.com website. You will also be asked questions about your experience and perceptions of the website.
How long is a session? One hour
When and where? The next study will be held around March 2016. No traveling is required as this is a remote study that will be performed online. You may participate using your office or home computer. The only requirement is that your computer be able to log into a virtual meeting. If you're not selected for this study, we will keep your name on file for a future study. We're always working to improve our website!
How will I be compensated? We will send you a $50 Amazon.com eGift Card as a "Thank You" after your participation in the web usability study. The gift certificate will be emailed to you within 5-10 business days after your participation to use however you'd like.
