How do you prefer to see the vids?
live YT video with cues in real time (Longer form) vids may be 15-20 mins long
Spliced vids with a voiceover-I give cues as you are watching the exercise (medium length of a few mins)
Swipe vid-workout may be 4 lifts, a few reps of each one (length is less than 1 min. usually)
other-tell me how you want to see it! I can figure out how to formulate it so it is easiest for you to consume.

Where do you workout at the most?
Gym-they have just about everything I could ask for
Living room, limited equipment
home gym, I have a good amount of equipment
Outside or in a very large space

I need the most help with.....
Strength Training
Cardio Training-i.e. I hate running, I need other options
Nutrition-I have been working out but not getting the results with my body that I want
Everything, I need ideas for all 3 buckets
