Welcome to registration for the 2016 Murray State University FFA Field Day!

We are excited you and your students will join us at the Bill Cherry Expo Center, on College Farm Road, Wednesday, April 13, 2016! Please note that check-in for pre registered chapters runs from 8:00-9:45. Our welcome will begin at 9:45 with Career Development Events scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. sharp!

The following events will again be offered for your students' participation:

Team Events - all team events may have four participants with the top 3 scores counting for final team total:
General Livestock
Dairy Evaluation
Horse Evaluation
Soil Evaluation
Burley Tobacco
Dark Fired Tobacco
Air Cured Tobacco
Floriculture
Nursery
Small Animal Tech
Agricultural Mech
Poultry (This is the state event for our Kentucky participants, so no partial teams are permitted to participate) - *** Added classes this year, as introduced in 2015: further processed and internal egg grading

***Participants in these events MUST have a signed permission slip. Go to http://campus.murraystate.edu/academic/agriculture/FFA%20Field%20Day/FFAwebsite.htm to download the waiver and release form. See "Rodeo Event Permission Form"

Horsemanship participants' permission forms must also be notarized. Absolutely no exceptions to this rule. Horsemanship participants must bring and wear their own approved riding helmet.

All registrations must be completed no later than Wednesday, April 6.
