FRLAEF REGIONAL WORKSHOP 2019 |
UCF--WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2019--WAITING LIST
THIS IS THE WAITING LIST.
The FRLAEF will hold a Regional Workshop at University of Central Florida (UCF) on Wednesday, October 16, 2019.
The event will begin at 9:00 am and conclude by 2:30 pm. There is no fee to attend this event. Lunch will be provided and all attending students will receive a complimentary chef jacket.
Students will rotate through two, two-hour hands-on sessions:
Students will rotate through a Mystery Basket session and a Costing & Marketing session.
Teachers will rotate through sessions on Culinary and Management Competition Strategy, Foodservice Careers, and Rosen Internships.
Each ProStart school may bring up to 5 ProStart students to the event. (If more space becomes available we will let you know.)
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: September 20, 2019
In the event this Regional Workshop reaches maximum capacity prior to the deadline, all subsequent schools will be placed on the waiting list.
