The Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) has partnered with the AMA to launch a proactive initiative that will educate New York State physicians on how to initiate clinical practice change and prevent diabetes in patient population. This survey is to ascertain your awareness of the Diabetes Prevention Program.
