MSSNY’s Telemedicine Survey

New York recently joined 28 states plus the District of Columbia in adopting a telemedicine/telehealth reimbursement parity law (the “Telehealth Law”).  The new Telehealth Law became effective January 1, 2016, and makes several significant changes to the New York Public Health Law and the New York Insurance Law.

The Medical Society of the State of New York is exploring the possibility of providing a member benefit for physicians who may be interested  in telemedicine services.

We would appreciate your taking a moment to complete a brief survey.
