As part of its Leveraging Performance Scorecards series, the Milbank State Leadership Network will host the third part of the Health Equity Scorecard for Action briefing, tomorrow, at 11:30 a.m., ET. It will focus on the state reports for Arizona and Minnesota and include Jami Snyder, director of the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System, and Dr. Nathan Chomilo, medical director of Minnesota Medicaid and MinnesotaCare, remarking on their respective approaches to health equity.
