Research Series- Call for Speakers Submission Form

All proposals due June 14, 2017

Thank you for your interest in being a speaker at HRMAC's new Research Series. Please review and submit your information before June 14, 2017 to be considered a speaker/sponsor. All proposals will be reviewed by the Education Products and Programs Committee, and notifications will be sent before July 5, 2017. Good luck!

Yes I understand that if my application is accepted, my organization is subject to the $5,000 sponsorship fee to speak at a program. Non-members are subject to a 25% surcharge.
