SWVA Food Innovation Hub Information Gathering Survey

The Town of Saltville has received a planning grant to gather information on establishing a Food Innovation Hub for Southwest Virginia. This hub has the opportunity to serve Southwest Virginia farmers and the community at large in many ways. We need your input! What would you like to see at this hub and what would help your farm, small business or family? A cannery, a commercial kitchen, commercial dehydrators? We want to hear all your ideas!
We'd love for you to join us for a community input session on June 16th at 9:30am or  6:30pm at the Saltville Town Hall (also available via zoom) and fill out the survey below. To receive the zoom link for the meetings or for more information, please email sgillespie@smythchamber.org or call 276-783-3161.
