PHLConnectED aims to connect eligible K–12 Philadelphia student households with access to reliable internet service at no cost through June 2022. 

Please use this form if you have faced a problem or want to report an issue to PHLConnectED. Feedback allows us to resolve any issues that a family is experiencing and improve the program overall. If you would prefer to talk to someone on the phone, dial 2-1-1, describe your issue to them, and they will submit the form on your behalf.
