Please ensure you have read our ‘Year 12 Subject Specific Guidance & Supplementary Information Pack’ which can be found on our website prior to completing this application.  Deadline for applications is Friday 12th February 2021.

All students in Year 11 at Cox Green School who meet the entrance criteria and demonstrate commitment to their academic work are entitled to a place in the Sixth Form.  We also welcome external applications from students who have completed their examinations elsewhere.

Our policy is to ensure that students accepted into the Sixth Form are placed onto appropriate courses that will ensure that they achieve their very best.
The personal data you are supplying will be used to contact you in regard to any placement offers including our Sixth Form newsletter and may be shared with the DfE to ensure appropriate services and support are provided where required.
