Community Partner Survey

As we prepare for our upcoming Strategic Planning Retreat, we want to hear from you. This short anonymous survey is designed to gather your perspectives, ideas, and observations about the Sandusky County Communities Foundation—where we are today, what opportunities you see ahead, and where we should focus our energy moving forward.
Your responses will help inform our conversations at the retreat and ensure our strategic priorities reflect the perspectives of those who know and care about SCCF and the communities we serve.
There are no right or wrong answers. We’re looking for honest, thoughtful input. Please share what you see as our strengths, opportunities, challenges, and possibilities for the future.
