FCCLA's National Leadership Conference (NLC) will be a hybrid conference this year with virtual and in-person options available. The in-person conference will be held June 27-July 2, 2021 in Nashville, TN. The virtual conference will be available starting June 27 and up through the end of August 2021. Workshops and breakout sessions provide our attendees with successful practices, tips, and informative sessions on FCCLA National Programs and Career Pathways that are relevant and trending with Family and Consumer Sciences education. We would love for you to share your knowledge, best practices, and resources on the various topics relevant for for advisers and youth today.

This application will close on Friday, March 12, 2021.
Email notifications for accepted proposals will be sent on Friday, March 19, 2021.

Show & Share Presentations should not exceed 15 minutes.
How-To Workshops, Lectures, and Panel Presentations should not exceed 30 minutes.
Instructional Demonstrations should not exceed 60 minutes.
Multiple proposals may be submitted.

Presentations should be interactive and creative. PowerPoint presentations with voice overs will not be accepted.

Presentations should support Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) content, FCCLA National Programs, Career Pathways, or Competitive Events.

Commercial solicitation is prohibited for all presentations. If you are representing a commercial interest, your presentation must be educational in nature. If the essential purpose of a proposal promotes books, materials, or services for sale, it will not be accepted.

FCCLA seeks to continually expand the representation of and build capacity for diverse perspectives within the organization. Diversity is an inclusive concept which encompasses, but is not limited to race, ethnicity, class, gender, age, sexuality, ability, educational attainment, spiritual beliefs, creed, culture, tribal affiliation, nationality, immigration status, political beliefs, and veteran status.
