Faculty, Staff, and Administrator of the Semester Nominations - Summer 2023
Eligibility Criteria:
Regular Full Time or regular Part Time NETC employees (temporary employees not eligible)
Minimum 1 year of service
Nominees must be in good standing (Successful or Exceptional Performance Evaluation, No Disciplinary Actions or Warnings of Substandard Performance in 12 months, Attendance within acceptable guidelines). Employee’s Supervisor and Human Resources will review nominations and remove anyone not in good standing from consideration.
Nominations must be for an individual, not a group.
Previous recipients will not be eligible for one year after their selection/award.
Selection Criteria:
Nomination must be in writing/typed on the Nomination Form
This is not just about doing our job. Describe what the nominee has done that was extraordinary and exceeded expectations.
Nominees will be selected based on the details written in the nomination as well as on characteristics of Work Commitment, Dependability, Positive Attitude, Reliability, Commitment to the Mission of the NETC, and Professionalism.
