Communication Gaps at Light City is a collaborative interactive light and sound sculpture. Set on water and using the harbor as medium, the aim of Communication Gaps is to use movement, light, and sound to express and communicate across a canal. By using movement to control how light and sound travel over the water, participants will create a visual conversation and bridge the communication gap created by distance and the unknown.

In order for this effort to be successful, we need the help of the community to play various roles that will allow participants to immerse themselves in the experience. If you enjoy being a part of large scale collaborative efforts, engaging with people, interested in new interactive media, or just want to be of service, this is for you!

The following survey will help us to get know you, your interest and availability a bit more. If you have any questions, please reach out to volunteers@gsp.studio
