This Works collects and processes personal data (name, email and address) directly from you and about your activities with us in relation to panel recruitment. We use this personal data to contact and send you samples to take part in our user panel. We are processing this personal data based on your consent as a legal basis for data processing in accordance with Article 6 (1) lit. a General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We keep your personal data for the duration of the panel.

Your anonymised responses are analysed, hosted and delivered by a third party statistician (Joyce Ryan Consultancy) that we engaged for this purpose. Data shared with Joyce Ryan Consultancy is not personally identifiable.

You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting panel@thisworks.com. You also have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority in the EU Member State of the habitual residence, place of work or alleged infringement of the GDPR.

I understand that the prototype samples used for this panel have been formulated to conform to EU and FDA (USA) requirements for cosmetic products. Panel samples are prototype products and have not yet finalised the stringent testing process products Canopy Growth Corporation/ This Works would undergo.
