The Highland District Council (HDC) represents Highland Park residents and collaborates with the city on decisions impacting our neighborhood. Board members are elected by residents at our annual meeting. We are interested in gathering data to help us improve the annual meeting and increase participation in the election process. This survey will be open through Friday, February 28, 2020.
