Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. As you may have heard, I am developing a Bible study that is designed to help trauma survivors heal their relationship with God. The study will focus on the use of Protestant prayer beads to aid in this process. The study will also incorporate storytelling, weaving together stories from the Bible, stories from my own experience, as well as stories from other survivors. That's where you come in!
I invite you to use this survey to share your experience as a trauma survivor and the effects of the trauma on your spiritual life. Feel free to share as little or as much as you want.
Once I receive all the responses I will review them. I'm planning to use all of them in some way to honor your time and sharing of your story. I will choose some stories to use in the study. All others will be used in my blog as part of my prayer bead devotional series.
As part of the survey, you will be asked to indicate a name to be used to connect with your story. You can choose to use your name or you can create an alias.
Please know that I will treat your responses with the greatest care and respect. Again, I greatly appreciate your willingness to share your stories with me. It is an incredible honor and blessing for me to receive them.
