Investment, Program and Service Portfolio Development

INTRODUCTION
As part of the WBC Strategy Refresh, we are beginning our Key Initiative 1—Program, service and investment portfolio development. At the end of this three month process, we will have a revised set of programs, services and investments that directly support our new strategic plan, along with roles and responsibilities for each of the programs and a budget proposal reflecting revised list of programs, services and objectives.

We are eager to include our stakeholders in this process.  This survey will give us feedback on how our current programs fit into our revised Strategic Plan, how effective our programs are, as well as help us identify any changes that may increase our effectiveness in different program areas.  There is also an opportunity to identify any gaps that we should consider.

DIRECTIONS
You will need to be familiar with the WBC Strategic Plan before completing this survey, which can be found at: http://www.wyomingbusiness.org/Uploads/DocumentLibrary/Strategy/strategyplan.pdf
